10 Tips to grow your Adsense revenue with Adsense Power Pack Volume 2

from: Lorraine Broadhurst

The objective of the original Adsense Power Pack was to create a product that would accelerate the time it took for a web publisher to launch a content based web site. We put together a collection of fifty niche content web sites and packaged them together to form the Adsense Power Pack. Each site was around 80% complete, leaving the remaining 20% (the most important part) for the web publisher to complete, this was their competitive edge.

It's clear to most, the more time you spend developing your site, the less time you spend on generating traffic, the less traffic you receive, the less money you make. Making money with Google Adsense is a numbers game.

Hot on the heels of the original Adsense Power Pack, is Adsense Power Pack, volume 2. We wanted to celebrate the launch of exciting new product by describing exactly how the Adsense Power Pack can increase your Adsense earnings.

1. Never launch the site exactly as it is, always make slight changes, add content or images. This will ensure the search engines do not penalise duplicate content.

2. Have a plan for your site, add a newsletter sign up box, introduce related affiliate products. Adsense is not the only way to earn from a web site. The right affiliate product can mean huge regular payments that will often dwarf your Adsense revenue.

3. It's really important to think about where your traffic is coming from. Consider using wholesale traffic providers, it's often possible to purchase a good quantity of traffic, if you pay $40 for 10,000 hits spread over a month and you make $150 in Adsense that month, you're winning. This is a formula that can be repeated for each site, you can also scale this approach depending on how much you wanted to reinvest.

4. Consider Google Adwords or other pay per click offers. It's often possible to bid on keywords for as little as one or two cents, if your pages are optimised correctly and they click on your ads you will more than cover the cost of the original click. This is called Google arbitrage.

5. Increase the back links to your site, there are a number of very good link exchange companies such as Link Metro. Also, submit your sites to free directories, an increase in back links is something that can affect your Google Page Rank. The higher your Google Page Rank, the higher you'll be able to sell links and advertising space on your web site.

6. Submit regular articles to article directories, you can pay someone $10 to write a pretty decent article. Make sure the article includes keyword based links back to your site. Other publishers will use your articles. As they do, the quicker your back links will grow, you'll also attract traffic from the articles.

7. Learn the basics of search engine optimisation, don't worry about becoming an expert, the search engine algorithms change so quickly it's a full time job keeping on top if them. However, it is useful to know the basics.

8. Post regularly on busy forums, make sure you have links to your web sites in your signature. You'll be amazed at how much traffic you will receive, more traffic is more clicks is more Adsense revenue.

9. Build your Google Page Rank, it is possible to sell links on your web site for $10 to as much as $100 a month for higher ranked web sites.

10. Always make sure that you have dedicated Adsense channels for your web site. If you decide to sell your site, you could earn as much as ten times the monthly revenue for high traffic sites.
